		<description>Pretty good summary of the Canadian situation.  Good work.  The upcoming decision in Ontario about what technology to use for new systems will be significant.  They have to choose CANDU if they want AECL to survive.  It will be interesting.</description>

		<description>I knew I goofed up some numbers somewhere.  The Slowpoke-3 had a designed time between refuelings of 3 years, not 10 or 20.  Still pretty cool.
